I have been the Centre Supervisor here at Kinderhaven Preschool since October 2016.
I am a fully qualified and registered teacher, and have been following my passion in the early childhood field since 2006.
I believe children learn and grow through being respected as competent and capable learners, to be given the freedom to explore, observe, investigate, problem solve and make their own decisions at their own pace. As a teacher I observe children daily as they learn through play, I discover their interests, passions, abilities and weaknesses and help to provide learning experiences and opportunities that are meaningful, inviting, challenging but achievable and supportive.
